Welcome to Tech-pages These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our software-as-a-service platform, applications, and related services (the “Services”). By subscribing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms (Techs) is Technician information within site and (Subscriptions) are customers who sign up to connect with Technicians.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • Plans: Services are provided on a subscription basis, with plan details and pricing available at Tech-Pages.com.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your plan).
  • Payment: You authorize Tech-Pages.com to charge your payment method for all subscription fees, taxes, and applicable charges.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with Section 3.

3. Cancellation & Early Termination Fee

  • Customer Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting [support email].
  • Early Termination: There is no early Termination fee. However there is no partial refunds provided.
  • Refunds: Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial months or unused Services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful business or personal purposes.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
  • Ensure that your use does not disrupt or interfere with the Services, other users, or our infrastructure.

5. License & Intellectual Property

  • Tech-Pages grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business or personal use, subject to these Terms.
  • All software, content, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Tech-Pages or its licensors.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep the Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features without liability, provided that such changes do not materially diminish the core functionality of the Services.

7. Termination by Company

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms,
  • Fail to pay fees when due, or
  • Use the Services in a way that harms our platform or other users.

Termination for cause does not relieve you of your payment obligations, including any fees that could be assessed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech-Pages shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the Services. All contracts and work between end users (Techs) and (Subscriptions) is as such and Tech-Pages cannot be held Liable for and direct or indirect issue that may arise between the two parties. 

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee in the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Montgomery County Tennessee, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
